Our services are designed specifically for fitness studios, gyms, and related businesses to improve member retention and engagement through intelligent automation technology.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• Updating your information to keep it accurate and current
• All activities that occur under your account

Support services are provided according to your service level agreement:

• Business hours support: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 (CET)
• Email support response within one business day
• Technical documentation and resources available online
• Priority support available for enterprise customers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vexantilozarqentium.top d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
